Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Occasionally, dispatch times may be slightly longer during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is any delay, we’ll always be in touch via email with an update.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Please ensure your shipping address and delivery type (urban or rural) are entered correctly at checkout, as we’re unable to redirect parcels once they’ve been sent.
While we take great care in preparing and dispatching every order, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier once it has left us. If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as delivery issues are unfortunately beyond our control.
