Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or scent preference for hygiene reasons. For safety and quality reasons, we can’t resell products that have been outside our care.

This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order prior to shipment if needed.

Scent Preferences

As fragrance is a personal experience, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference. We do our best to provide clear and detailed scent descriptions to help guide your choice before purchasing.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Full ingredient lists are provided on every product page and label. As everyone’s skin is different, we recommend reviewing ingredients carefully and, where appropriate, patch testing before use. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns due to allergic reactions or individual sensitivities. If you’re pregnant, nursing, or have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
